Job Description
Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Spa Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our spa, responsible for providing exceptional customer service while promoting and selling our range of spa services and products. Your ability to communicate effectively and engage with clients will be key to driving sales and ensuring a positive experience for all visitors. Duties Greet clients warmly as they enter the spa, providing a welcoming atmosphere. Assist customers in selecting spa services and products that meet their needs. Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of various items. Manage cash handling processes accurately, including operating the cash register and POS system. Maintain an organized sales area, ensuring products are well-stocked and displayed attractively. Utilize retail math skills to assist with inventory management and sales tracking. Handle phone inquiries with professionalism, providing information about services and scheduling appointments. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall customer satisfaction. Qualifications Previous experience in a retail or sales environment is preferred, ideally within a spa or beauty setting. Strong cash handling skills with experience using cash registers or POS systems. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette. Ability to engage customers effectively, demonstrating products with confidence. Basic understanding of retail math concepts to assist in inventory management. A passion for wellness and beauty products is a plus, along with a willingness to learn about our offerings. Must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
