Our offerings include private Infrared Sauna Cabins, Cold Plunge, Mechanical & Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Massage, Body Sculpting, and Fascia Blasting. We believe that when we sweat with intention, the body is able to rebalance itself — improving circulation, supporting lymphatic flow, and promoting overall vitality. Just as important, we believe in creating an environment where both clients and staff feel supported, cared for, and energized . As we continue to grow, we're looking for Wellness Spa Concierges to join our close-knit team. About the Role The Wellness Spa Concierge is the heartbeat of the client experience. You'll work closely with the Lead / Spa Manager and team to deliver a calm, polished, and seamless visit from the moment guests walk through the door. This role is ideal for someone who: loves people and wellness thrives in a boutique, high-touch environment is organized, proactive, and dependable enjoys both client interaction and behind-the-scenes operations This is an hourly position with tips and commission , and we are seeking someone interested in filling in on a 3-month role with potential to continue into a long-term position within a growing wellness community. Core Responsibilities Welcome and care for guests with warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail Educate clients on infrared sauna benefits, services, memberships, and amenities Support the Lead / Spa Manager with daily spa operations Schedule appointments, manage phones, and master the Mindbody booking system Maintain a clean, serene spa environment (laundry, dishes, room resets, light cleaning) Prepare and break down service rooms and assist with minimal food/beverage offerings Handle equipment properly and report maintenance or safety concerns Calmly and thoughtfully resolve client questions or concerns Maintain daily spa logs and follow operational procedures Participate in local marketing initiatives and pop-up events Confidently recommend and upsell services, packages, memberships, and retail products Ensure guest safety, comfort, and compliance with health and safety standards What We're Looking For Exceptional customer service and communication skills Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Positive, friendly, and self-motivated attitude Ability to multitask and work independently when needed Strong problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence Comfortable working in a fast-paced, premium service environment Tech-savvy with basic computer, email, and scheduling systems Prior experience in wellness, hospitality, spa, or retail preferred (but not required) Genuine interest in health, wellness, and learning our modalities Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly wage (DOE) Tips + commissions on services, retail, memberships & packages Average earnings $23+/hour after tips & commissions 4 complimentary wellness services per month ($220 value!)
