Job Summary:

The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude. As a Studio Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, assisting with product selection, and maintaining a clean and organized studio environment. This position is located in Del Amo Fashion Center.

Duties:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Provide product recommendations and information to customers
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions, discounts, and sales events
• Assist with restocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and maintaining visual merchandising standards Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely and courteous manner
• Contribute to a positive work environment by demonstrating teamwork, reliability, and enthusiasm

Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills and proficiency in using POS systems
