This is a Part-Time Seasonal position for our South Tampa location. This position is working every Saturday and select Sunday is required. Position could have availability for weekdays. Stylist will be responsible for handling various sales activities in our retail store, including facilitating purchases and providing customer service. The specific duties and responsibilities of a Sales Associate vary widely but typically include the following:

Teamwork :

Contributes to a fun, positive, fast paced, and professional work environment, and collaborates with all team members to achieve initiatives and objectives Maintains a high degree of personal integrity

Guest Experience :

Provides excellent customer service on the selling floor, in the fitting room and at the cash wrap Proactively engages in a selling culture that focuses on building a loyal guest following through clear, honest, and positive communication Is able to balance our guest experience with necessary operational tasks

Visual Merchandising :

Helps to maintain a visually inspiring boutique that is compelling to our guests at all times by stocking, replenishing, folding, hanging, displaying merchandise Proactively educates himself/herself on product knowledge, campaign promotions and merchandise options Demonstrates a passion for fashion by understanding trends

Operations :

Understands and follows all company policies and procedures Performs boutique opening and closing procedures Works effectively with team members to ensure the selling floor, cash wrap, fitting rooms, stockroom, and common areas are clean and well maintained Demonstrates excellent problem solving skills Protects the physical assets of the boutique by participating in routine cycle counts and an annual physical inventory

Qualifications :

Possess a creative flair for fashion Has an outgoing, go getter personality. Minimum 1 year experience in a specialty retail store Strong merchandising and visual skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Excellent organization skills; able to execute tasks efficiently Proactive and creative problem solving ability Flexible and adaptable Ability to multi-task and balance multiple priorities Proficient computer skills Ability to work weekends, nights and holidays Ability to effectively maneuver around sales floor and stockroom, repetitive bending, prolonged standing, twisting, and squatting Must be able to work alone Must be able to lift and carry up to 15 lbs Ability to solve customer service issues

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
