Joy Creator (JC) Be a part of celebundting life's special moments at Nothing Bundt Cakes - Let Us Bake ! Currently looking for Joy Creators - part time and full-time positions. Our store hours are Monday to Friday 9:00am to 7:00pm, Saturday 10:00am to 5:00pm, and Sundays 12:00pm to 5:00pm. We are flexible to accommodate school schedules (parents who want to work during the day, and after school for students). Wage range from $10-12/hr. Job Description:
The JC creates a warm and welcoming environment in which to serve the Nothing Bundt Cakes guests both in person and by telephone. The JC does side work duties for the crafting department, some light cleaning and clerical duties. The JC must possess a strong sense of teamwork and be able to follow instructions. The JC also needs to have the ability to multi-task have a sense of urgency and be outgoing and friendly.Responsibilities include:
- Uphold the NBC image and brand
- Suggest creative solutions and add-ons to guest with walk in orders
- Assist guest with orders by telephone
- Operate and balance the POS system with accuracy and efficiency
- Have current & complete knowledge of products, prices and promotions
- Keep retail area clean, swept and neatly merchandised throughout the day.

- Enjoys helping others pick the right cake and accessories for their special occasion

- Able to work in a fast paced environment without getting flustered or upset
- Willing to cross train and work other functions from time to time (crafting, bake assist and utility)
- Comfortable with retail sales, working a cash register, taking and filling orders (in person and online)
