PAY:
Starting between $14- $15 an hour, with opportunities for annual increases
SCOPE OF POSITION
Responsible for handling the distribution and exchange of all Team Member uniforms.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The following is a list of the main duties and responsibilities. However, other duties may be assigned as deemed necessary by management. All duties must be performed in accordance with Tribal, Federal, and other applicable requirements, organizational specific policies, procedures and practices. Provides friendly, fast, and helpful guest service to all guests and team members. Conducts standard uniform fittings. Exchanges uniforms through a computer based uniform program and according to established procedures. Maintains accurate uniform records. Inspects and inventories all clean uniforms when received to make certain they are clean and in good condition; then places them in designated areas. Separates unacceptable uniforms for reprocessing. Troubleshoots conveyor system and computerized uniform program. Assists Team Members with locks and lockers, troubleshoots as needed. Self-motivated with ability to work independently and be a Team player. Performs minor housekeeping duties and adhere to health and safety standards departmentally and across property. Ability to lift over 25 lbs., ascend and descend stationary and mobile stairs, stand for extended periods of time, push and pull items on wheels. Notifies Wardrobe management of uniform shortages in sizes, styles, etc. Notifies Wardrobe management of uniform compliance issues. Uses Outlook, rental tracking application, Microsoft Excel and Word for daily tasks. Communicates regularly through face-to-face interactions as well as via email. Maintains the highest level of confidentiality. Responsible for maintaining a consistent, regular attendance record as outlined in the FireKeepers Casino Hotel Attendance Policy. - Proficiency in both written and verbal English communication is required.
GENERAL OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or GED. Ability to write legibly and work accurately with numbers. The ability to analyze and solve alteration problems.PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS
