Connected Logistics is seeking a Web Developer/Engineer - Basic for the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Program Office, located in Battle Creek, MI. Key Responsibilities Responsible for the design, development, testing, and deployment of secure, high-performance web applications that support various CAGE operations and missions. A key distinction from general web development is the mandatory adherence to strict government security and compliance standards. General duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Designs, develops, enhances, debugs, and implements software. Troubleshoots production problems related to software applications. Research, tests, builds, and coordinates the conversion and/or integration of new products based on client requirements. Design and develop new software products or major enhancements to existing software. Addresses problems of systems integration, compatibility, and multiple platforms. Consults with project teams and end users to identify application requirements. Performs feasibility analysis on potential future projects for management. Assists in the evaluation and recommendation of application software packages, application integration, and testing tools. Resolves problems with software and responds to suggestions for improvements and enhancements. Participates in developing software user manuals. Requirements Associate's degree in computer science or related field Two (2) years of experience in scripting, software development, web page design and development, hands-on software development/web-page development. Experience with SharePoint Online (SPO), DreamWeaver, or related applications. Experience utilizing C#, .
NET, HTML, XML.
Good customer relation skills. Must possess IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 3 (T3) at time of proposal submission. 8570/8140 - Category IAT Level II, such as SEC+ or SEC+ CE, CySA Certification in one or more relevant areas for a Web Developer with admin accounts/privileged access functions.
Function:
Web Developer with admin accounts/privileged access. Certifications include HPE WebInspect, MCSD App Builder, MCSA Web Applications, or MS Web Developer I. This is a good-faith range based on factors such as your experience, geographic location, and any applicable contractual requirements, and may vary slightly.
