Job DescriptionThe Theater Department is seeking to hire student employees to serve as costume shop artists/technicians for the academic year. Essential duties include, but are no limited to:

Creating and maintaining costumes in costume shop for all theater department productions and events.

This position requires some of physical work and the ability to lift at least 20 pounds.

Work-study eligible students welcome.
Compensation and Benefits Rate of Pay:
$16.45/hourMinnesota Sick and Safe TimeMinnesota Paid Family and Medical LeaveNot eligible for health insurance benefits QualificationsEnrolled as a student at Augsburg University and work-study eligible. Candidates must have completed a theater practicum.

Experience with sewing and costuming a plus.

Knowledge of fabrics and materials.
