Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic TCG Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting our trading card game (TCG) operations, assisting customers, and ensuring the store remains organized and inviting for all enthusiasts. The ideal candidate has a passion for trading card games such as Magic the Gathering, Pokémon, One Piece, Gundam, Lorcana, and Star Wars Unlimited, along with strong organizational skills and a customer-focused attitude. Duties Pulls cards for TCG orders to ensure accurate and timely fulfillment Assists with shipping orders to customers Evaluates trade-in cards by determining their value and condition Supports running in-store TCG events and tournaments Restocks TCG accessories to maintain inventory levels Puts cards away into the store's storage system for proper organization Operates the card sorting machine (Roca) to facilitate efficient card management Sorts and sifts through cards to find value and organization Works with various TCGs including Magic the Gathering, Pokémon, One Piece, Gundam, Lorcana, and Star Wars Unlimited Assists customers by providing card suggestions and answering product-related questions Contributes to store cleanliness by helping with cleaning tasks and maintaining a welcoming environment Assists with opening or closing the store as needed Qualifications Passion for trading card games such as Magic the Gathering, Pokémon, One Piece, Gundam, Lorcana, or Star Wars Unlimited Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and alphabetization Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks Basic knowledge of card grading and trade-in evaluation Reliable team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn Prior experience in retail or game stores is a plus but not mandatory Join our team as a TCG Specialist if you are passionate about trading card games and enjoy creating an engaging environment for fellow enthusiasts!
