Essential Functions:
  • Be pleasant, smile and greet all guests using surnames when obtained.
  • Provide staff customer service training to staff through daily line-ups and monthly OSI trainings.
  • Maintain ski rental equipment inventory and quality control.
  • Knowledge of all work station duties and functions.
  • Scheduling and facilitating training for shop staff.
  • Help resolve issues provide training prevent them from reoccurring.
  • Document all staff related issues and provide information to Director of Skier Services.
  • Provide exceptional service to guests.
  • Assist with purchasing and receiving rental equipment.
  • Processing online rental orders, preparing and organize next day pick up.

  • Pens, Screwdrivers, file folders, filing cabinet, din charts
  • Tech bench
Working Environment:
  • Interior of base lodge, in all areas of the base lodge.
  • Exterior of base lodge with exposure to weather conditions.
Qualifications:
  • Three years of rental shop experience required.
  • Great customer service skills.
