THE JOB:
Join the legendary Tournament of Kings team at Excalibur as an Entertainment Tech and be part of the magic that brings knights, fire, and thunderous battles to life each night. From lighting and sound to props and special effects, you'll help create a jaw-dropping experience for our guests. If you're passionate about live entertainment and love working where every day is a show, this is your kingdom! You will play a vital role in our mission to own the guest's experience and create WOW memories that they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.
THE STARTING RATE
$40.51 / Per Hour
THE DAY-TO-DAY
Support and uphold the artistic vision of the talent or artist, in line with MGM Resorts and department guidelines Maintain professional relationships with MGM Resorts team members, resident show partners, and visiting talent Perform theatre maintenance, inspections, and repairs as assigned and approved Run cue tracks, including audio, electronics, fly system, follow spot, lighting, carpentry, and props Set up and tear down special events as needed
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
Must be 18 years of age or older High School Diploma, GED or equivalent required Three (3) years of previous experience working a live show, technical theatre and/or a showroom in a college or resort setting required Experience working with livestock animals preferred Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders Must be able to work various shifts, including weekends and all holidays
