Heritage Hills Golf Course in Claremore, OK is looking for a friendly and enthusiastic Pro Shop Attendant to join our team! This is a great opportunity for a golf lover to be at the heart of the action, providing exceptional service to golfers of all skill levels. Responsibilities:

Greet and assist golfers upon arrival, providing a welcoming and professional experience Process tee time reservations, check-ins, and payments accurately using point-of-sale systems Merchandise and maintain pro shop inventory, including apparel, equipment, and accessories Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding course conditions, rates, and availability Coordinate cart assignments and ensure proper staging and readiness for golfers Assist with opening and closing procedures for the pro shop Support golf outings, tournaments, and special events as needed

Requirements:

Previous customer service or retail experience preferred Knowledge of and passion for golf is a strong plus Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle cash transactions and operate a point-of-sale system accurately Reliable, punctual, and able to work weekends, holidays, and early morning shifts Friendly, outgoing demeanor with a team-first attitude
