Full-Time/Part-Time:
Full Time SUMMARY Responsible in assisting Wardrobe Seamstress/Tailor or Wardrobe Coordinator in daily uniform or wardrobe duties for the department; exchange and log/track employee garments and uniforms; make minor repairs to uniforms; assist with receipt of laundry and other items. Maintain the wardrobe area and inventory levels in a clean and safe environment. Escalate issues or provide pertinent information to immediate Supervisor for resolution.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES 1.
Complete and maintain forms on all newly issued or exchanged wardrobe for each employee, including fitting/alteration information, date in service, repair or replacement status and, if exchanged, reason for exchange. 2. May make markings/fittings; perform minor alterations or repairs of wardrobe when practicable. 3. Alterations may include removing stitches from wardrobe, sewing of pockets/buttons, adjusting for size/fit and repairing minor material damage or tears. 4. Conduct and maintain inventory of all required items to ensure appropriate amount/style/size of wardrobe is on hand. Organize, maintain and secure all wardrobe items in designated wardrobe storage areas. Initiate request to replenish inventory based on staffing requirements, wear/tear of wardrobe or other impact factors. 5. Handle complaints on services provided, quality of wardrobe material and vendor performance. Submit recommendations to improve quality, cost and satisfaction with wardrobe services to Department Manager. 6. Additional duties as assigned. #ind1 QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, and/or ability required.
EDUCATION HS
Diploma preferred; ability to read, write and understand English; and/or combination of education & experience.
EXPERIENCE
Basic computer skills, including email, time-clocks/electronic time-clocks. Some tailoring/seamstress experience preferred.
LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS MCN OPG
Gaming License is required. Key positions require knowledge and application of Title 31 reporting requirements. Must have the ability to pass comprehensive background check, drug test, and obtain gaming license as required
