Duties Operate pressing machines to smooth and shape shirts and pants efficiently and accurately Inspect garments for wrinkles, stains, or damages, ensuring high-quality standards are met Follow specific pressing instructions based on fabric type and garment requirements Maintain cleanliness of pressing equipment and work area to ensure safety and optimal performance Handle customer or guest requests with professionalism, ensuring their garments meet expectations Assist with basic laundry tasks such as sorting, folding, and preparing garments for pressing Keep accurate records of garments processed, including any special instructions or notes Requirements Previous experience in hotel or hospitality laundry services preferred but not required Knowledge of dry cleaning, laundry procedures, and garment care techniques Ability to operate pressing machines safely and effectively Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and presentation Good communication skills for customer service interactions Basic math skills for handling cash transactions or processing payments if needed Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks efficiently Join us in delivering exceptional garment care that elevates guest experiences!
