As a Games Attendant at Outta Boundz, you'll help create an exceptional Guest experience by ensuring our attractions are safe, clean, and running smoothly. From assisting Guests in the arcade and laser tag arena to helping at the bowling lanes and prize counter, you'll play an important role in making every visit fun and memorable. Every day is different, so we're looking for someone who enjoys staying active, working with people, and being part of a team. What You'll Do Welcome and assist Guests throughout the facility with a friendly, positive attitude Monitor the arcade, bowling lanes, laser tag, and other attractions to ensure Guests have a safe and enjoyable experience Explain game rules, attraction procedures, and answer Guest questions Troubleshoot basic game, arcade, and bowling equipment issues, escalating concerns when needed Process arcade card sales, reloads, and prize redemptions Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting facility by cleaning games, attractions, tables, and common areas Restock prizes, arcade supplies, and attraction materials as needed Enforce safety rules and company policies while providing excellent Guest service Assist other Team Members and departments as business needs dictate What It Takes Friendly, outgoing, and enjoys working with people Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to stay organized and work in a fast-paced environment Comfortable learning basic troubleshooting for arcade and bowling equipment Dependable, positive, and team-oriented Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Previous customer service or entertainment experience is preferred but not required Must be at least 16 years of age Perks Free Bowling during off hours 50% off Food & Drinks 20% off Events A fun place to work—not corporate, not boring, just real.
