Competitive Pay:
Starting salary range of $21.91/hr.- $23.00/hr. , depending on experience, with opportunities for annual performance-based increases. PURPOSE Support the Uniform Supervisor in the coordination, distribution, and management of team member uniforms by ensuring accurate inventory control, maintaining uniform quality and availability, and upholding organizational standards for appearance and sustainability. Enhance customer service by promptly addressing team member inquiries and needs, ensuring a positive experience. Contribute to operational efficiency through effective data management, garment processing, and cross-functional collaboration.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES
Uniform Management and Distribution:
Oversee the distribution and maintenance of uniforms for new and existing team members, ensuring proper fit, availability, and timely issuance to support operational readiness.
Inventory Oversight and Reporting:
Assist in managing monthly and incoming uniform inventories, processing new shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory records through timely updates in the Invotech software.
Uniform Sales and Data Management:
Conduct employee uniform sales using the Invotech system, while entering and updating uniform data to maintain accurate and up-to-date digital records for all team members.
Garment Processing and Care:
Coordinate the processing of worn uniforms for discard or recycling and manage the sorting of dirty uniforms for in-house laundry or external dry-cleaning services.
Laundry and Dry-Cleaning Management:
Ensure clean uniforms are properly sorted, returned, and stored following dry cleaning and laundering processes, maintaining consistent organization and availability.
Alterations Coordination:
Facilitate uniform alterations to ensure team members receive garments that meet the standards of presentation and comfort.
Sustainability and Recycling Efforts:
Support environmental initiatives by organizing the responsible discard and recycling of worn or damaged uniforms.
General Support and Flexibility:
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned, contributing to overall department goals and team success.
Requirements:
REQUIREMENTS
Education and Experience :
Familiarity with basic computer skills, will be required to complete Windows 10 and Email Skills Assessments. Proven interpersonal and communication skills.
PREFERRED
Education and Experience :
Previous experience in a large wardrobe department. Experience working with White System Conveyors and Invotech Uniform Software. Knowledge of clothing materials. Snoqualmie Casino & Hotel exercises Snoqualmie Tribal Member/Native American preference in hiring, in compliance with the Snoqualmie Tribal Employment Rights Ordinance (TERO). You must obtain and maintain a Gaming License from the Snoqualmie Gaming Commission. Pre-employment drug testing is required for all positions. The use of marijuana will not disqualify an applicant for positions in any department other than Transportation (Valet, Driver I). DOT panel testing is required for the Driver position.
