Job Summary Pet Cremation Services of Arkansas, LLC is a family-owned business with more than 30 years of experience serving pet owners. We're hiring a dependable Pet Cremation Maintenance and Paw Print Technician to support daily cremation services, prepare memorial paw prints, process ashes for return to owners, and help keep the work area clean and organized. This job requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work respectfully with both customers and team members. Schedule and Work Environment This is a full-time job with typical hours of 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday, with some flexibility. The work includes indoor and outdoor duties and may involve hot and cold weather conditions. Responsibilities Prepare paw prints using clay, bronze, or ink methods Perform animal cremations with care and professionalism Process ashes for return to pet owners in urns Clean and maintain the shop and work areas Help unload pets from vehicles when needed Complete and review paperwork for accuracy Support other team duties as assigned Qualifications Able to lift up to 80 pounds without assistance Electrical and mechanical experience preferred Able to read instruction manuals and troubleshoot equipment Strong attention to detail and accuracy with paperwork Good customer service and communication skills Able to work independently and with a team Self-motivated and professional in appearance Must live within 30 minutes of Wilburn, AR Must be at least 25 years old
