In this vital role, you will be responsible for providing respectful and professional cremation services for beloved pets, ensuring dignity and care throughout the process. Your work will help pet owners find comfort during difficult times by delivering compassionate service with attention to detail and precision. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of pet owners and their cherished companions. Responsibilities Operate cremation equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to all safety protocols and standards. Assist with the water cremation process, including loading and unloading of the PET550 system Handle pet remains with care, ensuring respectful treatment from pickup through cremation. Perform heavy lifting, utilizing proper techniques and mechanical knowledge to prevent injury. Maintain detailed records of each cremation process, including identification, timing, and handling procedures. Follow safety procedures and sanitation protocols at all times. Requirements Strong attention to detail and high personal integrity. Must be comfortable handling deceased pets in a respectful and professional manner. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Veterinary, animal care, or crematory experience preferred but not required. Must be able to lift 50+ lbs and remain on feet for extended periods.
Tech-savvy:
Able to confidently use tablets (iPad) and learn proprietary software (Honor Hub).
Pay:
From $21.00 per hour
