Full Job Description Shifts:
9pm•5am and 10pm•6am
Job Summary:
Overnight attendants support the dogs throughout night shift during their stay at the club including play/interaction, feeding, medications and cleaning up after our dogs to ensure a safe, healthy, and sanitized space. Essential functions and responsibilities : Supervising groups of dogs Clean-up after dogs and sanitizing areas. Preparing meals Preparing and administering medications Accurately and consistently tracking and logging feedings, medication administration General club maintenance and cleaning Reporting health concerns to other members of the team (Member Services) Adhering to safety protocols Communicating effectively with members Conducting yourself in a manner that is in the best interest of members and PUPS team members. Qualifications :
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate. Ability to function well independently and at times stressful environment.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent. Customer Service Oriented Pet Care experience and or training preferred. Basic computer experience.
Physical Requirements:
PUPS Team Members routinely perform the following physical demands. All PUPS Team Members are expected to perform these physical requirements with or without reasonable accommodation. Stand and/or walk for up to 6 hours without a break. Kneel, bend, squat, and twist their body. Repetitive hand and arm movement; reach, grab, pull, and push objects. Perform duties in an environment with loud sounds from animals and smells from pet waste and cleaning chemicals. Perform work both indoors and outdoors; experiencing temperature changes according to season, building heating and cooling, and weather. Lift up to 50lbs with or without assistance.
Pay & Benefits:
