Job Description
Interlude Pet Resort and Spa is looking for reliable, friendly, and hardworking team members to join our animal care staff as a Kennel Aide Assistant. An animal caretaker plays an important role in the health, safety, and happiness of the pets in our care. This is a hands-on, physical job that involves caring for dogs and cats throughout the day while maintaining a clean and safe environment. While the work can be demanding, it is also incredibly rewarding for individuals who genuinely enjoy working with animals and being part of a caring team. No prior experience is necessary — we are willing to train the right person with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Job Duties Include:
Feeding and caring for pets Supervising and interacting with animals Cleaning up after pets Hosing and sanitizing yards and play areas Laundry and washing dishes Maintaining cleanliness throughout the facility Assisting with daily kennel operationsRequirements:
Reliable and punctual Friendly and professional attitude Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Able to perform physical tasks including standing, lifting, bending, and cleaning Must be comfortable working around dogs and cats of all sizes Weekends and holidays are requiredSchedule:
Shifts may include: Full shifts between 7:00 AM- 6:00 PM Half shifts: 7:00 AM
- 1:00 PM 1:00 PM
