Duties Perform a wide range of esthetic services such as waxing (body and facial), facials, microdermabrasion, chemical peels, dermabrasion, eyelash extensions, tinting services, and makeup application. Administer advanced aesthetic treatments including laser hair removal, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, skin tightening procedures, and microdermabrasion. Maintain strict sanitation procedures to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff. Provide personalized skincare consultations to recommend suitable treatments and retail products aligned with client needs. Utilize salon software systems to schedule appointments, process sales, manage client records, and track treatment progress. Engage with clients through effective communication to understand their goals and deliver tailored solutions that enhance their natural beauty. Drive retail sales by promoting skincare products and treatment packages that meet individual client needs. Requirements Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician with certification to perform waxing services. Proven experience working in the beauty industry with expertise in skincare treatments and esthetic procedures. Knowledge of software systems for appointment booking and sales management. Strong understanding of sanitation procedures to uphold health standards at all times. Skilled in performing waxing (including body waxing), facials, chemical peels, laser hair removal, eyelash extensions, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, microdermabrasion, and other aesthetic services. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Additional skills such as hair threading, makeup application, nail care, barbering or other beauty services are a plus but not required.
