Job Description:
As a member of our hospitality team, the primary responsibility of an Esthetician is to deliver exceptional facial skin care services to our guests, ensuring that each guest has a luxurious spa experience that leaves them feeling refreshed and revitalized. This role involves performing a variety of facial and waxing services, working closely with the spa's skincare line, and continuously attending professional skin care training classes to stay updated on the latest techniques and advancements in the field. A vital part of this role is educating guests about skin care, addressing their concerns and needs, and introducing our product line. Possessing a valid Alabama License to perform Esthetician services is a requirement for this role. Perform a comprehensive range of facial and waxing services, delivering high-quality treatments to guests. Take responsibility for complete skincare training and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures, ensuring consistent and exceptional service delivery. Establish and maintain strong partnerships with skincare line representatives, collaborating closely to maintain an exceptional level of treatments and stay updated on the latest product developments. Implement effective inventory control measures to safeguard products, minimize waste, and control costs. Ensure the treatment rooms are set up and maintained in a clean and organized manner at all times, upholding quality standards and creating a welcoming environment for guests. Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of treatment presentations and procedures, focusing on enhancing the overall guest experience and preserving the integrity of estheticians' services. Deliver complete and satisfying experiences to each guest, leaving them feeling refreshed and revitalized. Participate in professional skincare training classes offered by skincare vendors, staying informed about the latest techniques and advancements in the industry. Educate guests about skincare, address their concerns and needs, and introduce our product line to contribute to our sales efforts.
