Starting at $15•20 per hr (based on experience)
Schedule:
Part-Time (approximately 20-30 hours per week) About Us Bloom Cabana Wax Co. is a luxury waxing studio dedicated to helping every client feel confident, comfortable, and cared for. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and welcoming environment, and creating a supportive team culture where estheticians can grow. We're looking for a positive, motivated Licensed Esthetician to join our waxing team. Responsibilities Perform professional face and body waxing services such as Brazilian waxing and eyebrow waxing Deliver outstanding customer service with every guest Educate clients on aftercare and home care products Recommend retail products based on client needs Maintain treatment room cleanliness and sanitation standards Assist with opening, closing, and daily studio tasks Rebook clients to encourage consistent maintenance appointments Work as a team to create an exceptional client experience Qualifications Active Alabama Esthetician License Excellent communication and customer service skills Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor Willingness to learn and accept coaching Dependable with good attendance and punctuality Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Waxing experience is preferred but not required—we're willing to train the right person.
