Licensed Aesthetician — Well BHM Mountain Brook, AL
• Full-time or part-time Well is a wellness studio in Mountain Brook combining physical therapy, Pilates, spa treatments, IV hydration, and recovery modalities. We're adding an esthetician to build and run the skin side of the practice. The role Perform facials, chemical peels, microneedling, dermaplaning, and related treatments Conduct consultations and build individualized skin plans Recommend and retail professional skincare Maintain treatment room standards, inventory, and sanitation Manage your book in Mindbody; support rebooking and client retention What we're looking for Current Alabama aesthetician license in good standing Two or more years of hands-on treatment experience preferred Willingness to attend and complete specialized training for our service offerings Comfort with consultative selling and product education Schedule Schedule TBD Compensation Commission on services and retail, with a clear path to a higher split as your book fills. Continuing education support and product allowance included.
