for appointment scheduling and client records Provide excellent customer service by assessing client needs and recommending suitable treatments Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards in all treatment areas to ensure client safety Assist clients with retail sales of skincare products and beauty accessories Stay updated on the latest esthetic techniques and industry trends to offer innovative services Educate clients on post-treatment care and skincare routines Requirements Valid esthetician license in accordance with state regulations Proven experience in skincare treatments, and advanced esthetic procedures Experience with retail sales strategies Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and ensure client satisfaction Proficiency in sanitation protocols and maintaining a clean treatment environment Excellent communication skills and professional appearance Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while providing personalized attention to each client
