Job Overview Healing Essence Spa in Paragould is growing, and we are looking for the right licensed professional to join our team. We are currently seeking a Licensed Nail Technician and/or Licensed Esthetician . You do not have to provide both types of services. We are happy to talk with someone who specializes in nails, esthetics, or a professional who offers multiple services. Healing Essence is an established massage and spa business with a strong existing client base. Many clients already coming through our doors are also looking for nail, skincare, lash, and other spa services, and we regularly receive requests for services we do not currently have enough provider coverage to offer. This creates a great opportunity for the right professional to step into an established business, connect with an existing clientele, and continue building their own loyal client base. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys caring for people, and would like to grow as part of a professional and supportive spa team. Opportunities May IncludeNail Services Manicures and pedicures Gel polish Dip powder, if offered Builder gel, if offered Nail art and designs, if offered Other nail services within your Arkansas license and training Esthetic Services Facials and skincare services Lash extensions, if trained Lash lifts and tints, if trained Head Spa services, with training available when appropriate Other esthetic services that complement our spa You do not need to perform every service listed above. We also offer an opportunity to earn a higher percentage on established regular clients , rewarding providers as they develop lasting client relationships and repeat business.
