Job Description

As a Restore esthetician, you'll work with clients on achieving their skin health goals and introduce them to our innovative wellness modalities that can enhance the esthetic services you provide. This is a great opportunity to grow your skill set, work with state-of-the-art technology, and join us on our mission to help people feel better so they can do more of the things they love Key Roles of an Esthetician Performing consultations and administering Neveskin, Hydrafacial, Oxygen facials along with other esthetic services Building and maintaining your own client base; Use multiple web-based platforms to communicate with leads and clients for booking Maintaining accurate records of each session; providing follow communications surrounding the customer journey Scheduling, confirming, and canceling own appointments Ensuring all esthetic equipment and treatment areas are cleaned and maintained Selling Restore's esthetic services to existing and new clients Cross-selling other Restore modalities that may enhance esthetic services Maintaining an inventory and ordering esthetic supplies when needed Educating clients on Restore modalities and products that support and enhance their experience Ensure clients are completing waivers and forms prior to service; asking all follow up questions to return clients Participate in 1-1 weekly meetings, morning huddles, monthly corporate calls, monthly team meetings, team bonding events, and slack communications Participate in onsite and offsite events, grassroots marketing efforts, and occasional social media per request of a manager Assisting with store operations including greeting customers, creating customized care plans, answering calls, giving tours, selling services, using our point-of-sale system to check out customers, operating our wellness equipment, light cleaning, etc. Qualifications You're a licensed esthetician with ~ two years of experience. You're experienced or certified in the use of Neveskin equipment - this is preferred, but not required. You're experienced or certified in the use of Hydrafacial equipment - this is preferred, but not required Your verbal and written communication skills are on point. You value ethics and integrity. You have a passion for helping people look and feel their best.
