MiraMe Medical & Regenerative Aesthetics is growing! We are looking for a motivated, personable, ambitious, and passionate Esthetician & Laser Technician to join our growing aesthetics team. Bilingual is preferred. At MiraMe, we provide a luxury, personalized patient experience while delivering high-quality aesthetic treatments. We are looking for someone who is confident, professional, eager to learn, and excited to actively contribute to the growth of our practice.

THE ROLE

This is not a position where you simply wait for clients to come through the door. We are looking for someone who is motivated to help create their own patient demand and contribute to growing the MiraMe brand. When you are not actively treating a patient, you are expected to stay productive and engaged by helping the team, participating in social media and marketing, assisting with room turnover, continuing education, and looking for opportunities to improve the patient experience.

AESTHETIC TECHNOLOGY EXPERIENCE

Experience with the following technologies is highly preferred: Morpheus8 — RF microneedling IPL / Lumecca DEKA CO₂ Laser Laser Hair Removal HydraFacial — experience strongly preferred Microneedling and advanced skincare treatments LED light therapy Experience with additional medical aesthetic devices and advanced skincare technologies is a plus. Candidates who have experience operating these technologies must still demonstrate competency and follow MiraMe training, protocols, manufacturer guidelines, and scope-of-practice requirements before independently performing treatments.

ESTHETIC SERVICES

Customized facials HydraFacial Dermaplaning Chemical peels LED light therapy Advanced exfoliation treatments Brow tinting and brow lamination Skincare consultations Home skincare recommendations Patient education and treatment planning within scope Waxing

LASER & DEVICE RESPONSIBILITIES

Depending on training and competency, responsibilities may include: Morpheus8 RF microneedling IPL/Lumecca treatments DEKA CO₂ laser treatments Laser hair removal Microneedling Advanced facial and skin rejuvenation treatments Patient preparation and pre/post-treatment education Proper operation, cleaning, and care of equipment Accurate treatment documentation and photographs Following all safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines

SOCIAL MEDIA & PRACTICE GROWTH

Your role in growing the practice matters. We are looking for someone who is comfortable being part of our social media presence and helping attract new patients.

Responsibilities may include:

Participating in approved social media content Creating and assisting with Reels, Stories, photos, and educational content Being comfortable appearing on camera Showcasing skincare treatments and services professionally Helping create content that attracts potential new patients Participating in promotions, events, and marketing campaigns Educating followers about skincare and aesthetic treatments Helping promote your services and build your patient base Representing the MiraMe brand professionally online and in person

WE WANT A SELF-STARTER.

We are looking for someone who thinks: "What can I do today to help bring patients through the door?" —not someone who waits for the schedule to fill up.

TEAMWORK & DOWNTIME EXPECTATIONS

When you do not have a patient, you are expected to remain productive and support the team.

This may include:

Turning over treatment rooms Cleaning and organizing treatment areas Restocking supplies Preparing rooms for other providers Assisting team members when needed Helping with laundry and general clinic organization Checking inventory and communicating supply needs Assisting with patient flow Learning new products, treatments, and technologies Participating in social media and marketing activities Completing assigned training and continuing education Looking for ways to improve the patient experience Everyone helps everyone at MiraMe. We believe in being a team—not working in silos. No task is considered "not my job" when it comes to maintaining a clean, organized, efficient, and welcoming practice.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Current Arizona Esthetician license Experience in a medical aesthetics, skincare, or laser environment preferred Morpheus8 experience preferred IPL/Lumecca experience preferred DEKA CO₂ laser experience preferred HydraFacial experience strongly preferred Laser hair removal experience preferred Strong knowledge of skincare and skin types Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Reliable, punctual, and organized Comfortable educating patients and recommending appropriate services/products Comfortable participating in social media and appearing on camera Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset Willingness to actively help attract and retain new patients Strong work ethic during both busy and slow periods Willingness to learn new technologies, treatments, products, and protocols Strong team-oriented attitude Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
