Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and skilled Esthetician to join our dynamic team as a 1099 independent contractor. In this role, you will deliver exceptional skincare and aesthetic treatments that enhance our clients' natural beauty and confidence. Your expertise in spa services, laser treatments, and skin rejuvenation will help create a relaxing, results-driven environment where clients feel valued and cared for. This position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to showcase your talents while building lasting client relationships. Duties Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments to meet individual client needs. Provide body waxing services such as full-body waxing, facial waxing, and other hair removal techniques with precision and professionalism. Deliver spa services like deep tissue massage, relaxation massage, and other aesthetic treatments to promote wellness and client satisfaction. Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and retail sales to support their ongoing skin health. Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards in accordance with health regulations to ensure a safe environment for clients. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals, explain treatment options, and ensure a positive experience from start to finish. Assist in retail sales by recommending suitable skincare products that complement treatments and meet client needs. Requirements Valid cosmetology or esthetician license as required by state regulations. Proven experience in skincare treatments such as facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and laser therapy. Knowledge of spa services including waxing (body and facial), deep tissue massage, and other aesthetic procedures. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with diverse clients. Commitment to sanitation standards and maintaining a clean treatment area at all times. Ability to perform multiple aesthetic treatments efficiently while providing exceptional client care. Sales aptitude for retail product recommendations that enhance client results and satisfaction.
