You have an existing social media presence and understand that social media is marketing What You'll Do Perform facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, microneedling, and other esthetic services with skill and confidence. Consult with clients to assess their skin, goals, and any contraindications, and recommend long-term treatment plans. Educate clients on skincare and home-care regimens, and maintain strong product knowledge to support retail and service sales. Keep your room, tools, and linens clean, sanitized, and ready to go — arriving early enough to set up for the day. Stay on schedule so every client gets the full, unrushed experience they booked. Build genuine relationships that drive rebooking and long-term client retention. Help promote The Glow Lab on social media, including sharing your work and keeping your professional account active. Complete client documentation and charting in a timely manner. Show up for team meetings and trainings ready to learn and contribute. What we're looking for Part-time 2-3 days a week Licensed esthetician in the state of Arizona Certified Laser Technician 2+ years of hands-on esthetics experience Knowledge about PCA Skin, Elta MD, Hydrinity, Face Reality, & Colorscience Experience with Boulevard or Decoda EMR systems Recent training within your field A driven attitude and an understanding of how to build a clientele Life at The Glow Lab Work hard, play hard.
