Responsibilities Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, dermabrasion, dermal fillers with precision and care. Conduct advanced procedures such as botulinum toxin treatments and dermal fillers, ensuring safety and professionalism at all times. Manage retail sales by recommending appropriate skincare products and conducting product demos to educate clients on their benefits. Maintain strict sanitation standards by adhering to all health regulations and sanitation protocols to ensure client safety. Utilize Wellness management software such as Patient Now for appointment scheduling, client records, and sales tracking. Engage with clients through social media management to promote services, share before-and-after photos, and build community engagement. Provide excellent guest services by listening attentively to client concerns, offering personalized recommendations, and upselling relevant treatments or products. Assist with front desk duties including appointment bookings, check-ins, and answering client inquiries in a friendly manner. Stay current on industry trends and med spa innovations to offer cutting-edge services. Qualifications Valid cosmetology or esthetician license recognized by state or local licensing boards. Proven experience in esthetic treatments such as facials, body waxing, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, laser treatments, dermal fillers, Botox injections, and body massage therapy. Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and safety protocols in a salon or spa environment. Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients effectively about skincare routines and treatment options. Experience with retail sales techniques and upselling strategies to maximize revenue opportunities. Ability to manage social media platforms for marketing purposes effectively. Demonstrated professionalism in guest services with a friendly attitude that fosters repeat business.
