Experienced Esthetician | Fuchsia Spa - High Street | North Phoenix/North Scottsdale Advanced Treatments | Professional Skincare | Established Clientele Fuchsia Spa is seeking an experienced, results-driven esthetician who is passionate about transforming skin through advanced treatments, personalized treatment plans, and professional skincare recommendations. This is more than a facial-room position. We're looking for someone who can confidently lead consultations, identify each guest's needs, and guide them toward the treatments and homecare needed to achieve lasting results. With an established clientele, consistent demand, and strong marketing and retention support, you can focus on delivering exceptional results and building long-term guest relationships. Compensation Hourly pay plus gratuities, commissions, and team bonuses Typical earning potential of $30-$50+ per hour, based on bookings, performance, retail sales, enhancements, and gratuities Compensation designed to reward exceptional service, guest retention, and results Why You'll Love Fuchsia Established clientele and consistent bookings Flexible scheduling Paid sick time Complimentary wellness services Employee discounts on services and skincare Ongoing education and advanced training Positive, team-focused environment What You'll Do Perform advanced treatments, including microneedling, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and customized corrective facials Conduct thorough consultations and skin analyses Take the lead in creating personalized treatment and homecare plans Recommend skincare products based on each guest's needs and goals Educate guests on the importance of consistency between professional treatments and homecare Confidently discuss treatment packages, enhancements, and future appointments Build guest loyalty through exceptional care, visible results, and consistent follow-through Maintain accurate treatment notes and high standards of professionalism, sanitation, and room readiness Contribute to team goals for retail, rebooking, retention, and overall guest experience What We're Looking For Current Arizona Esthetics License At least two years of hands-on esthetics experience Experience with chemical peels, microneedling, and corrective treatments strongly preferred Strong knowledge of medical-grade skincare ingredients and product recommendations Confidence in consultations, retail recommendations, treatment planning, and rebooking Passion for corrective skincare and achieving visible results Professional, dependable, self-motivated, and growth-minded A positive team member who is open to coaching and ongoing education If you love seeing skin transformations, believe lasting results require consistency, and are confident guiding guests through their skincare journey, we'd love to meet you.
