What is one professional standard you refuse to compromise on, even when the shop is busy, short-staffed, or running behind? Why? Tell us about a time you had to address a disagreement, performance concern, or uncomfortable issue with a coworker. How did you handle it? Tell us about a time you noticed another esthetician or coworker struggling before they asked you for help. What did you do? How do you currently use social media professionally as an esthetician? Please share the types of content you create, how often you post, and how you balance education, personality, and promotion. If you joined our team, what types of skincare content would you feel confident creating consistently for social media? Please give 2-3 examples. This Lead role may participate in recruiting, local networking, community events, and relationship-building with nearby businesses or professional groups. Tell us about a time you represented a workplace, brand, or service in the community. How did you build trust and create a meaningful connection? Do you currently maintain an active client base or professional following? If so, please provide an estimate of your current active clients, as well as the number of clients who may be interested in transitioning to this new location.
