Licensed Aesthetician - Full-Time | Nights & Weekends Required

Please note:

This is not a medical aesthetics or medical spa position. We are a relaxation-focused day spa seeking an aesthetician who enjoys providing exceptional facial services while creating a peaceful, restorative guest experience. While we offer advanced skincare services and ongoing education, our primary focus is relaxation, professional skincare, guest experience, and results-driven facial treatments. Qualifications Current Arizona aesthetician license required. Minimum of 3 years of experience performing professional facial treatments. Night and weekend availability is required. Strong and proven sales experience with professional skincare products. Must consistently meet established retail sales requirements each pay period. Must be comfortable working from a centralized back-bar palette system rather than maintaining individual products in treatment rooms. Professional liability insurance required. Must adhere to all local and state licensing laws and regulations. Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening. Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Punctual, dependable, and reliable. Reliable transportation required. Excellent time-management skills. Must be able to perform approximately 4-6 facial services during a shift. Must be comfortable with the physical demands of the position, including prolonged standing, bending, twisting, reaching, lifting, carrying, and repetitive movement. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Compensation:

$30-$36 base plus tips,30% commission on addons and 10-20% on product sales.

Tips in this area average approximately $25-$50 per treatment. Job Functions Perform professional facial treatments for men and women. Provide relaxation-focused, professional skincare services within the scope of an Arizona-licensed aesthetician. Recommend and sell professional skincare products based on each guest's needs. Consistently meet required retail sales expectations each pay period. Educate guests on appropriate home-care products and skincare routines. Provide excellent guest service and create a relaxing, professional spa experience. Support and collaborate with your team. Maintain a clean, organized, sanitized, and professional treatment environment. Assist with maintaining treatment rooms, supplies, products, and other operational needs of the spa.
