Position Overview We are looking for a part-time Aesthetic Injector (NP or PA) who is confident behind the needle, passionate about delivering natural, beautiful results, and ready to be part of a team that takes aesthetics seriously. This role is ideal for a provider who wants flexibility without sacrificing the quality of their work environment or patient experience. You will walk into an established practice with an engaged patient base, a premium injectable and device menu, and a culture built around clinical excellence. Responsibilities Perform neurotoxin, dermal filler, and biostimulator treatments with precision and a strong eye for natural outcomes. Conduct thorough consultations and build individualized treatment plans rooted in patient goals and anatomy. Deliver wellness services including HRT where applicable. Maintain detailed clinical documentation and uphold the highest standards of patient safety and compliance. Actively support patient retention, rebooking, and long-term treatment relationships. Contribute to a collaborative, high-caliber clinical team. Qualifications Active Arizona NP or PA licensure in good standing. Minimum 2 years of hands-on aesthetic injection experience in a clinical or medical spa setting. Demonstrated proficiency in neurotoxins, hyaluronic acid fillers, and biostimulators. Experience in wellness services and/or HRT strongly preferred. Exceptional consultation skills with the ability to translate patient goals into confident treatment recommendations.
