Job Summary Join our dynamic team as an Aesthetician, where you will bring your passion for skincare and beauty to life by providing exceptional aesthetic treatments and spa services. In this role, you will deliver personalized skincare solutions, perform spa facials, and create a relaxing environment that enhances client satisfaction. Your expertise will help clients achieve their beauty goals while promoting wellness and confidence. This paid position offers the opportunity to showcase your skills in a tranquil, client-focused setting dedicated to beauty and self-care excellence. Duties Perform a variety of dayspa skincare treatments including facials, enzyme facials, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, and oxygen facials to meet individual client needs. Provide facial waxing and lash & brow tinting services with precision and professionalism. Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and retail sales opportunities to support their ongoing beauty regimen. Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by properly sterilizing equipment and adhering to health regulations at all times. Engage in clear communication with clients to understand their aesthetic goals, address concerns, and ensure a positive experience during each visit. Experience Licensed Aesthetician Proven experience in skincare treatments such as facials, microdermabrasion, and dermaplaning, waxing and tinting Prior day spa experience a plus 3 years + experience dermaplaning Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients. Experience in retail sales of skincare products and educating clients about their options. Knowledge of Rhonda Allison and Sorella Apothecary products a plus Familiarity with sanitation standards within spa or salon environments to ensure client safety.
