We are looking for someone who is passionate about skin health, corrective skincare, and helping clients achieve real results —while also providing an elevated, welcoming experience. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is confident in assessing skin concerns, developing personalized treatment plans, recommending appropriate skincare products, and building long-term relationships with clients. An established or active client following is highly preferred. Preferred Experience Current Arizona Esthetician or Cosmetology License Experience performing customized facials and advanced skincare treatments Strong knowledge of skin health, aging skin, acne, pigmentation, texture, fine lines, and overall skin rejuvenation Experience with chemical peels and dermaplaning Laser certification and laser treatment experience preferred SkinPen® microneedling training/experience preferred Knowledge of professional/medical-grade skincare products Comfortable creating customized home skincare regimens Ability to educate clients and recommend treatments and retail products without a high-pressure sales approach Existing clientele or demonstrated ability to build and retain a loyal client base is a plus Responsibilities Perform professional esthetic treatments according to training, scope of practice, and clinic protocols Conduct thorough skin consultations and assessments Develop individualized treatment plans based on each client's concerns and goals Educate clients on skincare, treatment options, and appropriate home-care regimens Recommend and sell professional skincare products Document treatments and client progress appropriately Maintain treatment rooms according to sanitation and safety standards Assist with client retention, rebooking, and follow-up Participate in clinic promotions, events, and occasional social media content Collaborate with our nurses and medical providers to provide a comprehensive approach to aesthetics and skin health Who Will Thrive Here We would love someone who is: Warm, polished, and professional Passionate about aesthetics and results-driven skincare Knowledgeable but approachable when educating clients Reliable and self-motivated Comfortable building their own book of business A strong communicator and team player Interested in continuing education and learning new technologies and treatments Focused on creating long-term client relationships rather than simply performing one-time services Pay is negotiable, also on the table for discussion is RENTING the space we have at Desert Renewal!
