We are looking for someone who not only has strong skincare treatment skills, but also understands the importance of client relationships, personalized service, client retention, and recommending appropriate skincare products and services. Because we serve a large Korean-speaking clientele, professional communication skills in BOTH Korean and English are required for this position. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of professional esthetician/skincare experience required Korean & English bilingual communication skills

REQUIRED

Valid California Esthetician License Strong knowledge of professional skincare and facial treatments Confident in skin consultation and assessing individual client needs Excellent hands-on facial and skincare treatment skills Strong customer service and communication skills Friendly, positive, professional, and dependable Comfortable building long-term relationships with clients Able to educate clients about skincare products, home-care routines, and available services Comfortable recommending appropriate products and treatment programs based on client needs Interest in beauty, skincare, wellness, and current industry trends Flexible availability, including weekends as needed Responsibilities Perform professional facial and skincare treatments Provide personalized skin consultations Develop appropriate skincare and treatment recommendations based on each client's needs Educate clients on professional skincare products and home-care routines Follow up with clients regarding their skincare progress and future appointments Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships Support client retention and rebooking Introduce relevant clinic services, treatment programs, and promotions Maintain treatment rooms and follow proper sanitation and safety procedures Maintain accurate client treatment records Work closely with our front desk and management team to provide an excellent overall client experience Client Service & Marketing We value estheticians who understand that great skincare goes beyond the treatment room.
