AEDIT Cosmetic Wellness West Hollywood We're seeking a highly skilled Registered Nurse with strong clinical judgment and a refined aesthetic eye to support and deliver exceptional patient care. This role blends clinical excellence with elevated service, ensuring safe, effective treatments and a seamless patient experience aligned with AEDIT's luxury standards. The RN will perform aesthetic and wellness treatments within scope of practice, assist providers with advanced procedures, and maintain the highest standards of safety, compliance, and patient satisfaction. What Will You Do? Conduct patient intake, obtain medical histories, and assist in developing individualized treatment plans aligned with patient goals Perform aesthetic and wellness treatments within scope, including neurotoxin injections (as permitted), hyperhidrosis treatment, vitamin injections, IV therapy support, and medication administration Perform advanced procedures including injectables and body contouring treatments Ensure strict adherence to clinical safety protocols, infection control, and regulatory requirements Support front desk and administrative operations as needed to ensure smooth workflow and patient satisfaction Provide comprehensive pre- and post-treatment education, ensuring patients feel informed, confident, and supported Proactively follow up with patients post-treatment to monitor outcomes and maintain high satisfaction standards Maintain precise and compliant EMR documentation, including consent forms, treatment notes, and photography Ensure strict adherence to infection control, OSHA standards, sterilization protocols, and clinical safety guidelines Maintain treatment rooms to luxury presentation standards, ensuring readiness and cleanliness at all times Oversee clinical inventory, medication logs (including controlled substances), and crash cart checks Support clinic flow, assisting front desk and administrative teams when needed to ensure a seamless patient journey Meet established productivity benchmarks and KPIs in alignment with the RN compensation plan Skills & Experience Active and unrestricted California Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum 2+ year of hands-on aesthetic, dermatology, plastic surgery, or cosmetic clinical experience preferred Strong understanding of facial anatomy and aesthetic principles Proficiency in administering injectables and medications within scope of practice Certified in ACLS (or willingness to obtain) Demonstrated knowledge of aseptic technique and clinical safety standards Strong consultation, patient education, and communication skills Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to deliver a luxury, patient-centered experience Commitment to ethical, compliant, evidence-based care Highly organized with strong attention to detail in documentation and inventory management Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment with established service and retail KPIs Collaborative team player who demonstrates initiative and sound independent judgment Familiarity with EMR systems and modern clinical workflows Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends Ability to lift up to 15 pounds Professional Standards At AEDIT Cosmetic Wellness, clinical excellence and brand presentation go hand in hand.
