In this role, you will deliver advanced aesthetic treatments that enhance our clients' natural beauty and confidence. Your expertise in cosmetic procedures, combined with exceptional customer service skills, will ensure a positive experience for every guest. The ideal candidate is passionate about aesthetic medicine, highly skilled in injectable treatments, and eager to make a meaningful impact on clients' lives. Responsibilities Perform cosmetic injectable treatments such as botulinum toxin (Botox) and dermal fillers with precision and care. Conduct skin assessments and recommend personalized treatment plans aligned with client goals. Maintain strict sanitation and safety protocols to ensure a clean, sterile environment for all procedures. Educate clients on treatment options, expected outcomes, and aftercare instructions to foster trust and satisfaction. Manage appointment scheduling using salon or med spa software VAGARO, ensuring efficient flow of client sessions. Promote in social media Stay current on industry trends, new treatments, and technological advancements such as esthetic laser treatments or dermabrasion. Skills Proven experience in aesthetic medicine, including botulinum toxin injections and dermal fillers. Strong management skills to oversee treatment rooms and maintain operational standards. Excellent communication skills to educate clients effectively and foster lasting relationships. Knowledge of sanitation practices. Ability to perform advanced procedures Experience with retail sales strategies and upselling techniques to maximize revenue opportunities.
