Job Description
Lead Sugarist - Part-Time (20-25 hrs/week) We're hiring an experienced Sugarist to lead shifts, mentor the team, and build a full book of clients. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional eager to lead by example and drive success in a vibrant, client-focused setting. This is a part-time role, with room to grow into full-time hours as you build your clientele and we grow the schedule. What you'll do Perform full-body sugaring, with a specialty in Brazilians (including males) Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and post-treatment care to enhance results and foster ongoing relationships. Manage retail sales by recommending appropriate skincare products Lead the shift: opening/closing, room turnover, inventory, end-of-day close Coach newer sugarists on technique, speed, and client comfort Hold the standard on sanitation, consultation, and aftercare What you bring 2+ years of professional sugaring experience-sugaring specifically, not waxing Genuine skill and comfort with Brazilians (Male and Female) CA esthetician or cosmetology license in good standing A calm presence with nervous or first-time clients Schedule (afternoon and early-evening shifts) Monday 9am-2pm Wednesday, Thursday, Friday 2pm-7pm Every other Saturday 10am-3pm
