We are seeking a dependable, professional, and team-oriented Licensed Esthetician to join our growing team on a part-time basis. Schedule Part-time position 2-3 days per week Approximately 5-8 hours per shift Flexibility based on appointments and business needs Responsibilities Perform customized facials, HydraFacial treatments, and chemical peels within the scope of your license Evaluate clients' skincare concerns and recommend appropriate treatments and medical-grade skincare products Educate clients about treatment plans, home care, and aftercare Provide excellent client care from consultation through follow-up Maintain accurate client records, treatment notes, and before-and-after photos Assist with noninvasive body-contouring clients when facial appointments are not scheduled Perform body-contouring services using technologies such as Lipo Laser, EMS, and lymphatic drainage machines after completing company training Assist with front-desk duties, including answering phones, checking clients in and out, scheduling appointments, and confirming bookings Clean and sanitize treatment rooms, equipment, and shared spaces Help with laundry, restocking supplies, and maintaining an organized workplace Support the team wherever needed to create a smooth and positive client experience Qualifications Current California esthetician license in good standing Previous hands-on experience with chemical peels and HydraFacial treatments Knowledge of professional and medical-grade skincare products and ability to sell Medical Assistant certification or phlebotomy certification is a plus Strong communication and customer-service skills Dependable, organized, punctual, and detail-oriented Comfortable recommending skincare products and treatment plans Willing to perform both facial and noninvasive body-contouring services Comfortable assisting with front-desk, scheduling, cleaning, and general office responsibilities Able to work independently while also contributing as part of a team Passionate about the aesthetics industry and interested in growing with the company Training Previous body-contouring experience is not required, but is a plus. The selected candidate will receive hands-on training and certification for our noninvasive body-contouring equipment and treatment protocols.
