We are seeking a skilled dual-licensed professional with a proven record of delivering results and creating lasting client relationships.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a licensed Advanced Esthetician to provide high-quality skin care and massage treatments. The ideal candidate is not only results-driven but also business-savvy, with a strong ability to educate and upsell skincare products, treatment packages, and wellness services.

Responsibilities:

Perform advanced esthetic treatments (facials, chemical peels, advanced skin therapies). Provide professional massage therapy sessions tailored to client needs. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment. Educate clients on customized skincare regimens, products used during treatments, and additional services/packages. Consistently upsell professional products and service packages to enhance client results. Foster long-term relationships with a proven focus on client retention and loyalty. Collaborate with med spa staff to ensure a seamless client experience.

Requirements:

Valid California Esthetician License. Licensed/Certified Massage Therapist in California. Minimum of 2+ years of professional experience in both esthetics Demonstrated success in upselling skincare products and services. Proven history of strong client retention and repeat business. Professional demeanor, punctuality, and excellent customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a medical spa or luxury spa setting. Knowledge of medical-grade skincare lines. Training in advanced modalities (microneedling, lymphatic massage, body sculpting, etc.).

Compensation:

Competitive hourly/commission-based rate (dependent on experience and services provided).
