This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a performance-driven environment, loves building client trust, and has a proven ability to convert consultations into long-term treatment plans and retail sales. Sales is a core function of this position—not an afterthought. We are looking for someone with a strong sales mindset who is confident educating clients, recommending treatments, closing service packages, and exceeding monthly sales goals. Just as important, we are a luxury aesthetics studio , and every client interaction should feel elevated, personalized, and unforgettable. We expect our team to provide concierge-level service that reflects the premium experience our brand is known for. Responsibilities Perform professional esthetic treatments, including facials, chemical peels, dermaplaning, and other services within your scope of practice. Conduct in-depth skin consultations and confidently recommend customized treatment plans. Consistently convert consultations into booked services, treatment packages, memberships, and retail sales. Meet and exceed monthly sales goals for services, retail products, and client retention. Build long-term client relationships that encourage repeat visits and referrals. Educate clients on skincare products and home-care regimens that support treatment outcomes. Deliver a luxury, white-glove client experience from check-in to follow-up. Anticipate client needs and create an atmosphere that feels welcoming, polished, and exclusive. Maintain immaculate treatment rooms and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation. Stay current on skincare innovations, products, and industry trends. Skills Current Esthetician License (Required). Minimum of 1-2 years of proven sales experience (Required). Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a luxury medspa with a proven track record of achieving sales goals (Required). Documented history of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Experience selling skincare, aesthetic services, memberships, luxury retail, medical aesthetics, or wellness services strongly preferred. Excellent consultation, relationship-building, and closing skills. Exceptional communication and professionalism. A polished appearance and passion for luxury hospitality. Self-motivated, competitive, goal-driven, and results-oriented. Comfortable working in a commission and performance-based environment.
