This position has an uncapped salary potential with NPs yielding over $175K+ annually. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Aesthetic NP/PA to join our team and enhance our service offerings. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 full years experience in aesthetics, had at least one year working in a hospital setting, a strong commitment to patient care, exceptional customer service skills, and a passion for learning new treatments and protocols. This is a part-time position, with the potential for full-time based on performance and scheduling needs. Comfort with marketing him/herself is important in an ideal candidate. (photorejuvenation). Able to guide patients on a results-oriented treatment plan. Electronic medical charting Performing Comprehensive facial assessments & balancing. Time-management skills to allow for successful and profitable patient flow Able to follow Medical Protocols and work under the direction of the medical director and nurse practitioner. Qualifications Required At least 2 Years Aesthetic experience Current BSL certification Laser experience (1 year minimum) Aesthetic Injectable experience (2 years minimum) Wellness and functional medicine experience is a plus but not required Current unencumbered California NP/PA License & current CPR certification Highly polished & professional appearance Excellent verbal and written communication skills Energetic, punctual, reliable, confident, & honest Strong sales background with ability to ethically up-sell Clinically competent, professional, & compassionate Must function well as team player Attentive to detail & highly motivated to succeed Thank you!
