Essential Job Functions:

Establish and maintain rapport with clients High level of expertise in assessing and establishing all clients' plan of care to include skin care, a wide variety of aesthetic treatments, & cross-sell to the clinical team Perform a wide array of facial treatments including dermaplaning, Hydrafacials, oxygen facials, chemical peels, waxing & shaping, specialized and individualized facials Ability to identify opportunities for patient services & ethically up-sell services to existing clients Maintain cleanliness and appearance of work space Promote services through Social Media and Events. Active Licensed Aesthetician (minimum 2 years experience) Medical Skin Care Experience Preferred Motivated to build a client base that can provide a lucrative income Ability and willingness to assist clinical staff in treatments when schedule is light Salary is dependent upon experience. Range of potential annual income is between $75-125k per year Hourly/commission + tips + bonuses We seek candidates that have a strong work ethic and will reflect our core values.
