We are seeking a highly motivated Licensed Esthetician to join our team and help grow this exciting new branch of our wellness center.
Key Responsibilities Advanced Skincare:
Provide a variety of treatments including Custom Facials, Elite Lift Facials, Clarifying Skin Detox, and Chemical Peels.
Technology-Based Therapy:
Utilize Hydro-Infusion with RF/Oxygen, LED Therapy, and High-Frequency tools to enhance patient results.
Clinical Procedures:
Perform advanced techniques such as Dermaplaning, Bio-Stimulation, and advanced clinical-Grade Peels.
Body & Beauty:
Offer Cellulite & Lymphatic Sculpting, Lash Lifts/Tints, and professional Face Waxing.
Patient Management:
Create personalized treatment plans, maintain detailed electronic records (MINDBODY/Millennium), and ensure client satisfaction.
Social Media & Marketing:
Leverage your flair for social media to showcase success stories, promote new services, and increase visibility for the aesthetics department.
Retail & Growth:
Recommend specialized skincare products and conduct demos to enhance client home-care routines and maximize revenue.
What We Are Looking For Licensure:
Valid California State Licensure as an Esthetician (in good standing).
Clinical Expertise:
Proven experience in advanced skincare, including chemical peels, dermaplaning, and technology-based facials.
Entrepreneurial Mindset:
A self-starter who is comfortable upselling services and products to build a loyal book of business.
Tech Savvy:
Familiarity with salon management software (MINDBODY preferred) and a strong understanding of social media marketing.
Professionalism:
Exceptional communication skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards of sanitation and safety in a clinical environment.
Qualifications & Assets Required:
Valid licensure and experience in professional skincare environments.
Highly Desirable:
Knowledge of advanced cosmetic procedures and clinical-grade aesthetics.
Assets:
