PART-TIME LICENSED ESTHETICIAN

An established beauty studio is looking for a motivated, licensed esthetician who wants to build a clientele, strengthen their skills, and grow into a larger role within the studio. This position will begin approximately 1-2 days per week, with the opportunity to grow into additional days and potentially a full-time position as your clientele grows. The goal is GROWTH. The more you build your book, retain your clients and create demand for your schedule, the more opportunity there will be to increase your days and hours.

Facials and skincare treatments Skin consultations Facial and body waxing Brow shaping and cleanups Brow lamination and tinting Lash lifts and tints Client education, home care and rebooking

WHO I'M LOOKING FOR

You do not need to walk in with a full clientele. Training, guidance and support will be provided to the right person. What I am looking for is someone who is motivated to BUILD. This is not a position where you simply wait for appointments to appear on your schedule. Slower time is an opportunity to work on growing your clientele — creating content, marketing your services, building relationships, participating in community events, improving your skills and finding ways to turn new clients into loyal, returning clients.

You should be comfortable:

Marketing yourself and your services on social media Creating content and showcasing your work Participating in local marketing and community events Building relationships with clients Encouraging rebooking and referrals Taking initiative without constantly needing direction Continuing to learn and improve your skills Maintaining a professional, clean and welcoming environment

GROWTH OPPORTUNITY

This position begins at approximately 1-2 days per week. As your clientele and demand grow, so can your schedule. I am looking for someone who WANTS those additional days and ultimately wants the opportunity to grow into a full-time position.

THREE-MONTH TRAINING & EVALUATION PERIOD

The first three months will include hands-on training and evaluation. A significant amount of time and education will be invested into the person selected for this position, so I am looking for someone who is equally invested in their own growth. During this period, I'll be looking closely at: Reliability and professionalism Quality and consistency of services Client experience Willingness to learn and receive feedback Initiative during slower periods Marketing and social media effort Rebooking and client retention Overall effort toward building your clientele

YOU MAY BE A GREAT FIT IF

You're licensed and talented but haven't had the right opportunity to truly build your book. You're coachable. You're comfortable putting yourself out there. You don't expect a full clientele to simply be handed to you. And most importantly, you're willing to put time and effort into creating the career and clientele you want.

Current California esthetician . Comfortable performing the services listed above Strong communication and customer-service skills Comfortable with social media and self-marketing Dependable and professional Willing to participate in training and continued education Genuine desire to grow within a studio long-term
