This position is ideal for someone passionate about skin health, comfortable supporting medical providers, confident recommending skincare products, and interested in long-term leadership growth. The position will begin as part-time, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role based on performance and business needs. Candidates must be available to work at both our Irvine and Fountain Valley locations. What You'll Do Esthetic Treatments and Client Care Provide high-quality facials and approved skin treatments with consistency and attention to detail Conduct client consultations and recommend personalized treatment and home-care plans Build strong client relationships and support long-term treatment planning Follow OHMI's treatment protocols, safety standards, and daily workflows Maintain accurate treatment records and take clear before-and-after photos Support client retention through education, thoughtful care, and follow-up Medical Assistant Support Prepare clients and treatment rooms for medical procedures Assist medical providers during consultations and treatments as directed Review and document client information, medical history, and consent forms Take client photographs and assist with treatment documentation Clean, disinfect, organize, and restock treatment rooms Monitor product and medical supply inventory Perform assigned clinical and administrative duties within applicable training and scope Help maintain a safe, efficient, and professional clinical environment Product Sales Educate clients about skincare products and proper home-care routines Recommend products based on each client's skin concerns and treatment plan Follow up with clients regarding product use and treatment progress Support the clinic's retail sales and client-retention goals Maintain organized, clean, and properly stocked product displays Build trust through honest, personalized recommendations rather than high-pressure selling Leadership Development Assist with onboarding, training, and supporting team members when needed Help maintain consistent treatment and service standards Share feedback and ideas to improve operations and the client experience Gradually take on additional leadership responsibilities based on performance and interest This Role Is a
