Established Medical Spa | Private Wellness Treatment Room Rental We are seeking an experienced, motivated Licensed Aesthetic service provider (Massage Therapist, Lash/Brow Technician) to join our established Medical Spa as an independent provider. A large, private treatment room is available in our downstairs wellness area for a provider looking to continue to grow their clientele while operating within a professional Medical spa environment. This is an independent room rental opportunity — not an hourly employee position. The provider will manage their own clientele, scheduling, payments, and day-to-day business operations while benefiting from the professional environment and resources of an established Medical spa.

Schedule:

Mondays, Thursdays and/or Saturdays 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM Initial rental arrangement is 2 days per week at $750/month , with the opportunity to expand availability and grow into additional days as clientele increases. Potential Service Specialties For Estheticians /

Monthly Rental:

$750/month for 2 days per week includes Large private downstairs treatment room Treatment bed and Massage table Existing treatment equipment Linens Utilities Wi-Fi Waiting room and lobby areas Restroom access Standard cleaning of common areas Professional environment within Medical spa Opportunity to grow into additional days as clientele continues to build Provider Responsibilities The independent provider is responsible for: Scheduling and rescheduling their own appointments Client communication and appointment management Collecting payment from their clients Bringing any additional equipment or supplies needed that are not already provided Maintaining and resetting the treatment room between clients Cleaning up after each client and leaving the room treatment-ready Maintaining appropriate licensing and insurance Building and maintaining their own clientele Rebooking clients and promoting appropriate future treatments Cross-referring clients to other services within the Medical spa when appropriate Our front desk team can provide assistance with scheduling when needed, but the provider will ultimately be responsible for managing their own appointments and clientele.
